About us:

Sunmaxx PVT GmbH is a growing high-tech company based in Dresden, Germany.
We develop and manufacture next-generation solar modules that produce electricity and heat simultaneously.
This enables a completely climate-neutral energy supply - from residential and office buildings to large industrial buildings and complete residential quarters.

We are looking for Operators (m/f/d) for beginning in April 2024. Your tasks with us include:

• Plant operation of state-of-the-art production machines in order to ensure efficient and precise production
• Simple troubleshooting to ensure the continuous flow of our production processes
• Simple maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure long-term and reliable functionality.
• Quality control of production products to ensure compliance with our high quality standards

Ideally, this is what you bring with you:

• Technical understanding
• Craftsmanship
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Flexibility for shift work
• Practical work experience in a comparable production environment, e.g. semiconductor, solar, glass technology, etc.
• Independent, structured as well as solution-oriented way of thinking and working
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and organizational talent
