Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, build, and manage the local team;
2. Take full responsibility for warehouse operations management;
3. Coordinate with courier companies and transportation resources to ensure timely shipment of goods;
4. Address daily requests from the business department and solve routine business issues;
5. Standardize and systematize warehouse operations;
6. Coordinate with other external channels and integrate external resources;
7. Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive profitability through operations;
8. Complete other company requirements and assessments.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a valid German work permit and be eligible for tax declaration;
2. Fluent in German and Chinese for work purposes;
3. Aligned with the company's culture and motivated to change the world through trade;
4. Prior experience in warehouse management, management experience, or channel resources is preferred;
5. Proficiency in standard office software;
6. Entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.
