Your tasks:

hier Lead the establishment and further development of our new site in Dresden.
Project management: Develop and implement strategic plans in the field of automation technology, including software development and commissioning of production systems.
Team leadership: Build and develop a dedicated team to achieve business targets.
Customer management: Maintain and expand customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Budget management: Be responsible for planning and managing budgets and resources.

Your profile:

Education: Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification.
Experience: Several years of experience in managing projects and teams as well as in production plant engineering.
hier Sound knowledge of PLC programming with Siemens TIA Portal and experience with SCADA systems.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for national and international projects.
