We are Klukas-Gerüste, the leading scaffolding company in the Riesa - Großenhain - Zeithain region. Since 1992, we have been supporting our partners and customers throughout Germany with innovative scaffolding services and enabling other trades to get to the top safely.

For the next training year, we are looking for you as a trainee to become a certified scaffolder (m/f/d) at our location in Zeithain, Saxony.

As a scaffolder, you are an indispensable part of every construction project. Your work creates the foundation on which others build.

During your three-year apprenticeship, you will learn

• The erection, conversion and dismantling of working, protective and supporting scaffolding as well as special constructions and mobile work platforms.
• Read construction plans and construction sketches and prepare the work.
• Assemble materials and transport them to the construction site.
• Operate and maintain tools and machines safely.

With the support of our experienced trainers and instructors, you will acquire the knowledge and skills you need step by step.

• Manual dexterity: you like working with your hands and love creating things.
• Physical fitness: You are fit and ready to work at height.
• Technical understanding: You have a good feel for technical interrelationships.
• Ability to work in a team: You enjoy working with others and are reliable.
• Sense of responsibility: You adhere to safety regulations and take responsibility.
• Language skills: You speak German to at least B1/B2 level or have good work-related language skills.

• Attractive training allowance:

  • 1st year of training: € 1,050 gross/month
  • 2nd year of training: € 1,245 gross/month
  • 3rd year of training: € 1,515 gross/month
