Work together with our production and engineering teams on the development and production of state-of-the-art quartz masters. As part of a global network of experts, you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry in manufacturing high-quality and competitive products.

Your responsibilities include:

Support for special products with structured quartz and serial production for our customers during the manufacturing process
Handling technical issues and problems arising from our pilot production
Optimization of our integration processes in terms of feasibility of implementation in production and reduction of manual efforts
Comprehensive quality assessment of the managed product line as well as driving improvements

Your profile:

As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or an equivalent academic background
You have experiences in mask manufacturing, semiconductor industry or nano structuring
Experience in implementing technological projects and interest in developing and implementing new ideas
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of statistical data analysis and basic programming skills
Excellent communication skills (German and English) and a hands-on mentality
Strong customer orientation and a pronounced sense of quality
