Your Job
Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategies that enable a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
Act as a trusted HR advisor, coach, and change partner, influencing leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
Lead employee relations matters with sound judgement and a strong working knowledge of German Labor Law.
Translate business and operational needs into practical, executable HR solutions, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and retention through targeted initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
Support and enable performance management, leadership development, and career progression to promotion continuous learning and development.
Partners with leaders to identify, develop and retain critical talent, ensuring long-term organizational capability.
Leverage workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, using insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with HR COEs and regional HR teams to implement global HR programs locally while meeting site-specific requirements.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and works council engagement.
Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
High degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, and personal accountability.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong data analytics capability with the ability to translate insights into action.
Demonstrated change management and project management experience.
Strategic mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally.
Fluency in German and English (C1).
